Material and Method of Construction:

The tomb of Musa Pak Shaheed is octagonal in plan. The main entrance is located on the eastern side. Each corner of the octagon is strengthened with upward sloping circular tower. At first floor level the zone of transition has been formed with squinch arches. The spandrel of the arches is decorated with glazed tiles. The walls on the either side of the openings have nokhani design at the base, medallion in the middle and pigeonholes at the top. The tomb is covered with low rise domes. This is the only tomb in Uchchh which has a kalas on top of the dome. The tomb is in dilapidated condition due to the fact that the Corp of the saint was shifted to Multan.

A beautiful mosque is situated on the west side of the tomb. The prayer hall consists of three bays. The zone of transition of each chamber has octagonal base resting upon the drum which finally supports the dome. The dome on the central chamber is bigger and higher than the two on the either side.
